I have experience working with adolescents that struggle with anxiety, depression, and substance use. I have extensive coursework in trauma and am EMDR trained. I am also trained in CBT, TF-CBT, DBT, and ILS. I hope to help guide adults, adolescents, and children toward their healing journeys.
