Those stressors can be around personal relationships, parenting, employment, health, and "holding it all together". I have extensive training in trauma and PTSD, as well as depression and anxiety. I am trained in EMDR, TF-CBT, PCIT, CBT, ILS, and Heartmath. I consider it a privilege to walk alongside their journey for change and healing; letting people know they are not alone.

People can change with support and direction by developing an understanding of their experiences. To understand that their experiences do not define who they are or limit their ability to succeed. To heal and recognize their strengths in overcoming difficult past and present circumstances allowing them to be in the present.
