Life can become challenging, those challenges can affect our daily lives, work, families, and relationships. Working with a therapist/counselor can help make those life challenges manageable

I have worked with clients with anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, and substance abuse issues. The first step for change is in asking for help. I find great joy in helping clients find their peace in their journey.

I specialize in addiction, anxiety, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, depression and PTSD. I use a combination of techniques including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), solution-focused, and emotion focused. I graduated from Bellevue University in 2014, with a Masters in Clinical Counseling.

We are not defined by our mistakes or by the challenges we have experienced in our lives. We have the ability to make great changes in our lives with help and support. I will be honest with you and respect you through this journey of healing.
